SAGE is a Claude-powered DeFi agent that lives in WhatsApp. You text it like a friend and it lets you trade tokenized stocks - TSLA, AMZN, PLTR, NFLX, AMD - on-chain on Robinhood Chain. No app to install, no seed phrase, no gas, no crypto knowledge required. It even replies in your language.
Crypto's real blocker has never been features - it's onboarding. Installing a wallet, backing up a seed phrase, buying gas, learning a dApp: every step loses people. The apps that smooth the UX usually cheat on safety, becoming custodial hot wallets. SAGE refuses that trade-off - it deletes the friction and keeps the security on-chain.
One message creates your on-chain wallet. Before you can trade, SAGE walks you through securing it: you set a password on a one-time web page, a key is generated in your own browser (SAGE never sees it), and on-chain ownership becomes yours. From that moment, SAGE can trade on your behalf but can never withdraw your funds - only you can. Self-custody, set up in seconds, with no secret ever typed into a chat.
What makes it work:
- Smart-account wallets with an on-chain Risk Guard. Your funds live in a contract that enforces trading limits in Solidity, so a compromised server can't drain a single wallet.
- Verified-token allowlist. SAGE only swaps a fixed set of verified tokens and refuses scam or unknown ones - enforced by the agent and on-chain by the wallet contract.
- Gasless. SAGE sponsors every transaction. You hold one address and never need ETH.
- Withdraw or export your key any time from a secure page, signed in your browser. Your key never leaves your device.
- An AI market analyst. The DEX analytics page gives a live market read and an "Ask SAGE" copilot that answers questions grounded in real on-chain pool data.
- Plain English, any language. Buy, sell, set alerts, and place limit orders just by chatting.
It runs on on-chain infrastructure we built and deployed on Robinhood Chain: SageDEX, a Uniswap-V2-style AMM; SageOracle, our own spot and TWAP price oracle; and SageAccount, per-user smart-account wallets - plus the Claude-powered WhatsApp agent. Not a wrapper over a custodial hot wallet; the trust lives on-chain.
Roadmap: fiat on/off-ramp so users fund with a card and cash out to a bank through a licensed partner - the last barrier, removed.
