PULSE is an AI-powered onchain market intelligence and trading platform designed for both humans and autonomous agents. It combines market analysis, wallet-authorized execution, risk intelligence, and policy-bounded autonomous trading in one product.
Users can analyze live crypto, xStocks/RWA markets, and selected prediction-market data, then purchase structured AI reports through pay-per-use x402 payments instead of subscriptions. On Arbitrum, PULSE uses native USDC for paid services and supports wallet-based Spot execution, Risk Guard, and autonomous Autopilot workflows.
PULSE connects intelligence directly to execution. A Global Market report can prefill a wallet-approved Market or Limit Spot order with entry, take-profit, stop-loss, route, balance, and slippage context. Users remain in control of every wallet authorization.
Autopilot extends this into autonomous execution through owner-controlled vaults and signed risk policies. The owner defines capital limits, exposure, maximum trade size, slippage, turnover, cooldown, loss limits, strategy, and duration. The autonomous executor can only operate inside those predefined limits.
PULSE also provides Risk Guard for onchain due diligence and pre-trade checks, while Prediction Market analysis uses selected Polymarket markets as read-only evidence for AI research.
The platform is built as more than a web dashboard. PULSE exposes the same services through a responsive web application, REST API, MCP, and TypeScript SDK, allowing both users and AI agents to discover, pay for, recover, and consume market intelligence programmatically.

<p><strong>PULSE is currently bootstrapped and independently developed. The project has not raised institutional venture funding to date. Development is focused on product validation, ecosystem integrations, user adoption, and demonstrating sustainable pay-per-use infrastructure through x402 payments.</strong></p><p><strong>We are open to strategic ecosystem support, grants, accelerator opportunities, and future investment that can help scale PULSE infrastructure, expand agent integrations, and grow adoption across Arbitrum and other supported networks.</strong></p>
